ORDERING AND DELIVERY


How long does it take to receive an order?

Shipments to the United States (where the majority of our clients are situated) normally take 7 to 15 business days once a tracking code is provided.

Can I order as many products as I want at one time?

My tracking code appears to be inactive.

This frequently happens when items are held by customs and being processed. This does not imply that there are any problems. If, however, after ten days, your tracking code still shows no progress, please contact us and we’ll look into it. We also urge you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office using the tracking code for more information on where your item may currently be situated.

What happens if my package is seized by customs?

Concerning the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa, we boast a 99.9% delivery success rate. If products are confiscated, we provide redelivery or credit toward a new purchase on our website (1 percent chance based on our statistics over the years). We merely need a written confirmation from the post office or customs that the cargo has been blocked, and we’ll arrange for a new delivery within three business days.

What is the average time for a package to be delivered?

Is it possible that a shipping delay will occur?

Airmail packages typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, with 80 to 85 percent arriving within 10 to 15 business days.

Every international shipment typically goes through local and national postal services in the country of origin, then exportation and shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to the destination country with the international postal service, importation (customs clearance), and finally, the local and national postal services in the destination country. Each succeeding step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if most of these phases are completed on schedule, inefficiency or temporary inactivity in any of them can cause the delivery time to exceed the usual estimated range.

PAYMENTS


How can I pay for my order?

However, we prefer our first-time customers not to pay for orders costing more than $750 with their credit cards. In these cases, you can make payment via bank transfer, money transfer (such as MoneyGram), or Bitcoin. These payments do not require any verification, and you will receive a 10% discount on more expensive items when paying using one of these alternatives.

Returning clients receive a discount on each new order and will be able to pay for any amount with a credit card.

How do you process my payment?

We may ask you to verify your order after you’ve made a credit card payment. Therefore, we need your current phone number. If the order fails to pass our verification or we cannot reach you, we will have to refuse your credit card payment and ask you to pay using one of the alternative payment methods listed above.

We will charge your card only after your payment has been validated and passed our anti-fraud checks. Then the order is processed and cleared for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Why has my payment not been reflected on my credit card statement yet?

When you make a purchase, your card will not be immediately debited. The verification process can take anything between two hours and two days. If your payment is not shown within two business days of your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

What if my billing address is not the same as my delivery address?

This won’t be an issue as long as the names on the credit card and the shipping address match. However, if the payment gateway asks us to check this order, please understand that additional verification will be required.

If your billing country differs from your shipping country, you will need to use another means of payment.

Is it possible to make a payment by bank transfer?

A 5% discount is available for orders paid by bank transfer. We also cover the fees associated with bank transfers. If your order totals $400 and you wish to pay via bank transfer, the total you’ll need to send is $400 – $20 (5 percent discount) – $40 (bank transfer fee) = $340.

If your order is over $750, we will provide a 10% discount on top of any other discounts you may be entitled to (returning customer, promo code, or special promotions), in addition to reimbursing any bank transfer fees.

Customers in Europe can use Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers to make payments to our EU bank account. You will earn a 10% discount on all orders if you use SEPA transfers, as they are not charged.

Bank transfer payments are processed and completed within 1-2 business days and do not require verification. Your order will therefore arrive sooner.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER


Is a signature required for shipping?

Yes, our shipping option requires you to sign for your package when it arrives.

This allows us to counter any bogus chargebacks that may occur if a customer receives their product but then claims they never received it.

We have a 99 percent success rate in resolving credit card disputes because we provide our clients’ order data, photographs of our parcels, and proof from the postal service that the item was delivered. My order was delivered, but some items are missing.
